They replaced/fixed some keys that were sticking/not working well on our Yamaha Keyboard. The gentleman who fixed it is professional and friendly. If we have any issues in the future, we'll definitely be returning!

I had an esoteric CD player that was sent back for repair a few different times. Sal Vasquez, the customer representative in the company who was handling my repair, was indispensable in getting the issue resolved. He is a first rate customer service representative and TAP Electronics is well served by Sal and should be proud to have him working there.

Sal V did warranty work on my Yamaha RXA 2080 AV receiver. Awesome job. He said it might take 2-3 weeks and they were done in 3 days. They received the unit on a Monday and it was back to me in HI on Saturday. Thank you. They fixed it and updated the unit's FW...

AMAZING SERVICE! I generally do not write reviews, but felt compelled to do so. I shipped them my $1,100 Yamaha Receiver in need of repair. UPS shipped the package and when it arrived, it was visibly damaged. UPS was not helpful in assisting with a claim; however, Sal from TAP was super acknowledging and supportive of the process. About a week later, Sal called me to tell me they would repair the damage at no charge, then make the warranty repairs and ship it back - avoiding the claim. Shame on UPS! That is going above and beyond in my eyes! Thanks Sal and team!

I sent my Yamaha Disclavier power supply and Controller unit to TAP for service. They were highly recommended by technicians at Yamaha. Sal at TAP emailed me as soon as he received the units. He answers every email and phone call. The problem's been diagnosed. Just waiting for some parts to arrive from Yamaha, which should be soon. So far I couldn't be happier with the service at TAP! Thank you Sal! Can't wait to get these back & the Disklavier playing again!

My Yamaha receiver stopped working after about 10 months from when I bought it from Best Buy. I was instructed by Yamaha Customer Service to send the unit to Tap Electronics. I got a call from Sal when he received it. He was super nice and informative on the phone and he was confident that he could fix it. I got an email 2-3 days later saying that the unit was repaired and being sent back to me. Sal was great and responsive to emails and phone calls. I am extremely happy with Tap Electronics.

Haven't picked up my instrument yet, but also haven't felt that good about leaving it for repairs in a very long time. The shop is clean and full of really amazing gear. The tech seems very passionate about what he does, and is fun to talk to. Will update when I get the final product!

They fixed my brand new 4 week old Yamaha receiver in one day. The control board burned up. I was able to drop it of to them, and they shipped it to my front door since I live in San Diego. It is nice to see that customer service is still out there! Based on my experience I would use them again.

Very courteous and knowledgeable and also extremely prompt for the repair. It seems that the technicians took extra care on my esoteric unit. No scratches, fingerprints, perfect assembly, etc. and the unit sounds even better than previously. Thank you for your professionalism! Regards,Leonard
